Step One - An MMS Consultant meets with you to discuss your business, to ascertain whether Marshall Management Services can add value to your business, and whether your organization is a good candidate for business improvement.
There is no charge for this meeting, but you need to be prepared to spend 1 - 2 hours with our Consultant. This is not a sales meeting. This is a business meeting. The questions will be direct. The fallout from this meeting will be a determination by MMS on whether we can truly add value, and whether you and your business are ready for a new approach to success.

Step Two - After there is a mutual agreement on the MMS value proposition, an MMS Consultant will conduct an in-depth business assessment. This assessment will require input from you and your staff, and will result in a road map for improvement. This process and the resulting road map requires approximately two weeks to complete.

Step Three - Once you have reviewed your road map, decisions will need to be made on when and how you want to execute on the plan. This effort can be done independently of MMS, in concert with MMS, or by MMS, depending on your resource availability, schedule needs, and expertise.
